Miranda HiFi are well known in Canberra, particularly by their jingle; "More music for your money...". We've been hearing that jingle on TV and radio ads for literally decades.
So we were pleased when they chose Green Light IT to build a new web site for them. Being trusted with the responsibility of presenting a brand with a 25 year pedigree is no
small thing to us. We've only just launched the first version of the site, but have big plans for its future.
ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Consultative Group
The ACT ATSIECG plays an important, broad ranging role in providing advice to the ACT Minister for Education and Training on ways to improve
educational outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We were pleased to be able to help the group engage more effectively with the
wider community by developing a web site for them. As time passes, we'll be adding more content and features to facilitate their communication.
Aesthetically we were asked to strike a balance between modern education, and traditional cultural heritage. Fortunately we were able to draw on the talents of local
traditional artists and students to embellish the site's character.
Ivy Flowers and Gifts
Ivy's orignal site was designed by a colleague of Green Light IT's, who then moved away from Canberra. When it came time to update the site with some new pictures
of flowers, the baton was passed to Green Light IT and we happily obliged.
After an afternoon shooting some of their amazing blooms and gifts, we updated the site's images while retaining the original design. You don't need to re-invent the wheel

Parkhill Financial Group
Parkhill are a long term client of Green Light IT, going back to the days they were J O'Connor & Sons (and we were Colman Communications Consulting). When it came
time to revamp their existing site, we were pleased to help them out. Liaising closely with the directors we translated
their ideas and preferred style into a clean efficient layout while retaining their prefered bold colour contrast.
The site includes links to google maps for driving directions to their location from anywhere, and a newsroom with
PDF versions of magazine articles.
ProMortgage
Another long term client of Green Light IT, ProMortgage are a mortgage and finance broker with offices in Canberra and Goulburn.The site includes interactive loan and finance calculators , a newsroom with PDF versions of their quarterly newsletter, audio streaming radio ads and more. Our analysis of their server logs show that while much traffic reaching their site is from searches for their company name
or the name of one of their agents, they also benefit from searches for generic phrases, like "Benefits of using a mortgage broker".
Canberra Short Term and Holiday Accommodation
Canberra Short Term and Holiday Accommodation needed to update their site. They had an existing site which was being seen, but not giving them the
clean look and professional image they wanted. So we redesigned their site, provided using elemts of the site that still worked, while revamping the look, taking some new
photos of their apartements, and embedding interactive mapping functions to help visitors find their way to the appartments.
VFM Maintenance
VFM opted for one of our affordable options for their site. With only a few pages, it still provides a much used point of contact and discovery for new clients, and presents their range of products and services.
