Casual Support

Don't think you need the full treatment. No problems. Our Casual Support agreements give you access to our staff on a per hour rate based on the experience of the staff member.

Rather than us managing your infrastructure, casual support leaves you in the driver's seat with our staff working to direction by you. You need to make sure you look after your own backups, keep on top of your own disk space usage, and plan ahead as timely access to our staff can't be guaranteed. But as long as you can do all that casual support may be for you.
