4. Information will only be shared with other organisations where there is a "need to know" to serve the customer and Green Light IT has confidence the other party will handle the customer's information appropriately.

Green Light IT will:

• Collect information it needs to serve you. This will include information like your name, email and physical addresses, notes on jobs we have done for you and the like.
• Take reasonable measures to ensure your information is secure both electronically and when in physical form.
• Ensure our staff are of good character, and understand their obligations with respect to protecting your information.
• Make sure our staff use your information responsibly and only access your information when needed to perform their job of serving you.
• Ensure your information is securely destroyed when no longer required.
• Get your explicit permission before we send you any email newsletters or any other bulk communication.
• Only provide your information to a supplier where you have approved a new service or product from that supplier, and the supplier "needs to know" that information to deliver the service.

• Reveal, sell, trade or in any other way disclose your private information to another party for the purpose of bulk marketing (email, spam etc).
• Provide your details to another organisation that we feel has a poor reputation for, or approach to, privacy and information security.
• Provide your details to another party where there is no "need-to-know".
